Frequently asked questions

What are the most common questions people ask you about online alcohol and drug assessments?

The most common question is, "How long will this take?" It can be done in as little as a week. Sometimes faster, sometimes it takes longer. It just depends on the client.

What makes your assessments different or better than other options people might find online?

Dr. Kennedy was trained by the very best. As she ventures out into her own practice, she knows all of the best tools and classes available to her clients. She is also to continue collaborating with other SAPs in the field to assist in making sure you get the very best outcome.

Are there any specific concerns or hesitations people often have before taking an online assessment, and how do you address them?

Dr. Kennedy is highly trained and quite computer savvy. She is able to help meet needs in person and via online platforms such as Zoom and Teams.

What kind of support or resources do you offer to people after they complete their assessment?

Dr. Kennedy doesn't just forget you when you have completed your program. She is always available for future questions, to assist with guidance, and recommend future endeavors.

Are you certified to do DOT evaluations?

Absolutely!  Not everyone is, so make sure you always ask that question.  Many clients have had evaluations, only to later find out that the person that did them is not properly certified.  You can look Dr. Kennedy up in the Clearinghouse to verify she is listed.

What type of payments do you accept?

We are able to accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp and Cash.  We do not accept checks.  At this time, we are unable to accept most insurances, but we will work with you on payment when we are able.
