Clearinghouse Steps
Steps 1 through 4 are 100% you and your SAP!
Step 1: Clearinghouse Registration & Choosing a SAP
You will select Rachelle Kennedy as your SAP in the Clearinghouse.
Take note of the violation date that is listed on your Clearinghouse, you will need that later
Step 2: Acceptance
Once we receive notification that you have asked Dr Kennedy to be your SAP, you will be accepted.
Step 3: Initial Evaluation
Your initial evaluation is simple and painless!
You will meet Dr Kennedy either virtually or in our office. We will go through all of the paperwork and talk about what brought you to be a part of our program.
It is during this step that we will decide which class is best suited for you. The Clearinghouse REQUIRES that we send you to some type of class.
Step 4: Class & FollOW UP Evaluation
After you have completed your class, we will meet again and talk about next steps and options.
At this point you will be marked "Return to Duty Eligible" in the Clearinghouse.
We will release you to take your RTD Drug Screen!

The program is $450 +Class.
Additional fees may apply for RTD testing costs.
Will there be follow up testing?
FMCSA Clearinghouse requires follow up testing. However, we try to keep it to a minimum when possible.
